SellTruster refunds are governed by the escrow rules and the outcome of moderator-reviewed disputes.

Eligible Refunds

• Seller fails to deliver the promised asset.
• Asset differs materially from the listing.
• Deal cancelled before delivery by mutual agreement.

Non-Refundable

• Buyer remorse after successful delivery.
• Requests made after the inspection period.

Approved refunds return to your SellTruster wallet within 1–3 business days.
