These rules govern every escrow deal on SellTruster.

Deal Creation

Both parties must agree on price, description and delivery method before the buyer funds the deal.

Delivery

Sellers must deliver the exact asset described. Proof of delivery must be uploaded to the deal.

Inspection

Buyers have an inspection period to verify the asset before confirming.

Release of Funds

Funds release automatically once the buyer confirms or the inspection period ends without a dispute.

Disputes

Disputes freeze the deal until a moderator reviews the evidence and issues a decision.
